Costs
The costs to rent the apartment during 2023 Autumn & Winter and 2024 Spring are £500 per week except Christmas and New Year when the cost is £600 per week, During the High Season of 2023 the costs are as follows:

Long Term Bookings are available and rates are negotiable - please enquire.
Linen and Cleaning can be arranged if required (payable locally), otherwise you will be expected to use your own linen and leave the apartment clean and tidy.
How to arrange a booking
- Contact us by Email or Telephone to discuss the dates you would like to book
- To proceed with a booking complete the booking form (Click here to see Booking Form) and send us the deposit payment of £100
- When we have received the booking form and the deposit payment we will confirm the booking
- The balance of the payment together with a £100 refundable breakages / cleaning deposit is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your booking
